Delivery takes place at street level, without telephone notice, in front of the house number indicated in the delivery address. For Standard delivery, we use Canada post regular parcel delivery nation wide within 2 Business days.
The products purchased on www.floky.ca are all handcrafted by COFFINARDI & DELPANNO INDUSTRIES Srl. Italy. Distribution and order fulfilment in Canada is done by Limestone Enterprise Inc.
Refund Policy
To make a return, simply send an e-mail to the following address: info@limestoneenterprise.com
We will need to know the order number and the person who purchased.
EX: Order #100 from Jhon Doe.
We will ask the reason for the return or exchange and within 24 hours customer service will contact you to arrange collection of the goods.
You will then receive the waybill to be attached to the parcel/bag, and the courier will come by as agreed.
Please remember that the return is free of charge and must be made within 15 days for any unworn or unused goods.
The refund will be made when the courier confirms receipt of the goods.
